Shopware is a German e-commerce platform used to build and operate online shops—from small brands to large enterprise solutions. It’s a flexible alternative to Shopify and Magento, with a strong focus on custom design, user experience, and scalability. I worked closely with the team to develop the motion design guidelines, creating a modular After Effects motion kit with reusable animation elements for seamless implementation across products. The kit is built using expressions to ensure consistency, flexibility, and scalability, and defines clear workflows for producing content for YouTube, social media, and TV. One of the key challenges was developing scalable corner animations using expressions and optimizing smooth gradients to prevent banding and color washout—ensuring high visual quality across different formats, resolutions, and screen sizes. For Community Day, I collaborated on creating design elements and gradient systems for the event presentations, ensuring visual consistency and brand alignment across all slides.
