NexaPro

NexaPRO is a France-based AI platform designed to automate and simplify audit, compliance, and risk-management processes for companies. The product focuses on replacing manual, spreadsheet-driven audit workflows with an AI-supported system that analyzes data, structures documentation, and supports compliance with standards such as ISO, GDPR, and SOC2. By using machine learning and explainable AI, the platform makes audit results transparent, traceable, and easier to understand for both technical and non-technical users. To define the problem, we conducted a survey with small/medium business owners to understand their attitudes towards AI tools and the factors influencing their decision-making regarding the integration of these tools into their businesses. 75% of users tested are concerned about data privacy and security 85 % of users tested need transparent pricing information to be available on the website 36% of users tested have not adopted AI tools due to a lack of knowledge CRITICAL ANALISYS: - HEADER Problem of the order of priority of the different navigation links, Lack of visual impact for CTAs - HERO The hero lacks the visual impact to generate commitment - BODY Lack of distinction between the different sections, no CTA to encourage people to browse the different pages and discover the products - CONTACT Needs better accessibility and clarity for user interaction.
